Our "Casa del Mar" is located in the first beach area of Alcudia and offers a fantastic view of the beautiful marina and the bay "Platja d'Alcúdia". The residential complex is located in the heart of Port de Alcudia and has plenty to offer for young and old alike. Restaurants, bars, boutiques and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in a very short time. The harbour also offers relaxation and adventure for younger guests, with gently sloping sandy beaches, playgrounds, children's carousels and other fun and exploration opportunities nearby. The use of the communal pool and the children's pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the complex, sun loungers for relaxing are of course available and included.

The flat offers enough space for 4 people (plus baby). It has a terrace accessible from the living room, where you can relax with breathtaking sea views or enjoy the culinary diversity of Mallorca. In order to give you a perfect start to your holiday, we have furnished the flat inside and out completely, comfortably and in typical Mallorcan style
